Chris Taylor of Grizzly Bear has released his first single “Answer” under solo project CANT.
Chris Taylor‘s solo project CANT just released its debut single “Answer” today and it’s a work of warped electronic, experimental pop. It’s also a far cry from Grizzly Bear’s sound, but this is as it should be—it firmly establishes Taylor as his own musical force.
Taylor self-produced his debut LP “Dreams Come True” with the assistance of Twin Shadow. The sound of the single is also worthy of the roster of artists on Warp Records, which is releasing CANT’s debut internationally, while Terrible Records is releasing it stateside.
