LA’s High5Collective just unveiled their new official video for Frank Ocean’s “Thinking About You.”
The song, which was originally intended for Roc Nation’s Bridget Kelly, is a smooth, melodic love ballad that’s heavy on the falsetto. That might not seem like the sort of thing that would go well with imagery involving medicine people in tents, dying villagers and sick children — and at first seeing those images while hearing a soft R&B track is a little jarring — but by the time you reach the end of the video, it feels right.
