Beyoncé delivers yet another video for yet another solid song.
Beyoncé‘s latest record, “4″ is a real powerhouse of a pop record. Two weeks ago, she released a video for her latest single, “Countdown,” which made heads spin with its color-changing, breakneck choreography, some of which was allegedly plagiarized from Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker.
The song, like most of what’s on “4,” was also pretty sick, which can also be said about the subject of B’s newest video, “Love On Top,” a song that plays like a cut off one of Whitney Houston’s first records. The video embraces its light retro sound by featuring Beyoncé performing the song in a studio with a boy band entourage, akin to a setup Boyz II Men and New Edition would have used. It of course doesn’t reach the seizure-inducing heights of the “Countdown” clip, but it’s just as fun to watch.
