Download the new Kews track “Get Up” for free.

London-based multi-instrumentalist musician and producer Kwes has made the single “Get Up” available for free download. It will appear on his forthcoming LP to be released by Warp Records.

Kwes has worked with The xx, The Invisible, Michachu and Joe Goddard as was also part of Damon Albarn’s DRC Music on the ‘Kinshasa One Two’ album, where he shared production duties.

“Get Up” features Kwes’ own vocals over an amalgamation of sounds, some dirty, some sublime, but always alchemical in the song’s production. It’s sonically adventuresome and quite beautiful at times.
