
At least Carey Mulligan’s gorgeous mug eats up all the real estate on the poster. Because that’s all I’ll be paying attention to if and when I catch Baz Luhrmann’s Oscar baity adaptation (release date: Christmas Day 2012). Hollywood gave ‘Gatsby” a big-screen whirl once before, you know, back in the seventies. It was pretty painful to watch.
