What does a hamburger with 1,050 pieces of bacon look like?

As you may have heard, Burger King Japan is now allowing customers to supersize not only their drinks and fries, but also the bacon portion of their Whopper value meals. For the Yen equivalent of about $1.25, BK will add 15 pieces of bacon to a Whopper. That’s a total of 18 strips of skinny, greasy, sometimes funky-tasting Burger King bacon. Gross!

But rather than approaching it as slightly tempting bacon overkill, Japanese site RocketNews approached it as a challenge. One reporter ordered a Whopper with 1,050 slices of bacon, brought it back to the offices, turned on a camera, then proceded to try to eat the burger.

He failed miserably, as anyone would.
