Every country seems to have a “got talent” show these days, from Thailand to India to Canada, one of which occasionally produces a Susan Boyle-like sleeper talent who eventually becomes an international YouTube sensation. In 2008 “Australia’s Got Talent” acquainted their home country with Deb ‘Spoons’ Perry, a gentle, kangaroo-loving grandmother who happens to also be a world class-spoon player. Though Perry was voted out in the semi-finals, she’s making headlines again with the below video, a self-choreographed routine to The Black Keys’ “Lonely Boy.”
