Mike Bost is a representative of Murfessboro, Illinois – apparently a town teeming with political activity. Our friends over at Wonkette have found a video where you see Mike completely losing it on the Illinois House floor during a discussion about teacher’s pension plans.
Apparently, Bost feels so strongly about this issue that he throws up his papers in the air dramatically as well as screaming “Let my people go!” and smacking the microphone down like he’s doing Def Politics Jam or some shit. What a douchebag. But that’s just an opinion.
One has to wonder what kind of Willy Loman-esque homelife Mike Bost has in order to lose his cool to that extent and what his constituents think about such a childlike outburst. The sheer histrionics in his speech speaks volume about the man’s character. You’re basically witnessing one man’s upbringing in a nutshell. Le sigh.

It doesn't look like a childish outburst to me. It just looks like he's DOING what we all are FEELING. I hope that woman laughing behind him goes home to her constituents and has to answer to them why she was laughing….and why she wasn't fuming *with* him.
