Police in the county Gloucestershire, England are reporting that a man dressed like a Smurf, with his face painted blue – you HAVE to give this guy credit for pulling off the whole look – is currently running around the (ominously named) Forest Of Dean near the town of Longhope the west coast of England.
Apparently he is running up to women and doing jumping jacks, according to the BBC.
Of course this would happen in Gloucestershire. There is literally nothing to do there other than cheese rolling, as you can see here.
