Metric’s fifth album “Snythetica” released yesterday, a follow-up to 2009′s much-loved “Fantasies.” “Synthetica” comes complete with Lou Reed cameo on “The Wanderlust”—his voice combines way better with Metric than with Metallica.

You can stream the whole album here, and check out the first video the band has released for the record below, for the single “Youth Without Youth.” It’s a driving, punchy number that vaguely resembles Muse with Emily Haines at the helm.
