Being a celebrity on Charlize Theron’s level must be annoying in certain instances, one of them being walking across the street with your baby son on a Monday afternoon while paparazzi stand across the street pointing and clicking their cameras at you to get that all-important shot of your new haircut. That must be jarring and frankly quite obnoxious.

But now that the pictures are taken, how great is Charlize Theron’s new haircut? It’s hard to get the full view with the cap and shades in this one, but enough is shown to see she looks really cool and hot with a buzz cut. Almost nobody looks really hot and cool with a buzz cut, so go Charlize! Reps confirmed that she shaved it for her upcoming roll as Furiosa in “Mad Max: Fury Road,” which we’re all quite excited about here. Almost as much as we were to see Prometheus.
