Killed last year in Libya, acclaimed war photographer Tim Hetherington recorded a lot of b-reel footage in his spare time. This is “Diary,” shot by Hetherington and edited by Magali Charrier, it presents some of Tim’s creative overflow in a lucid, dreamlike way – juxtaposing footage of London with footage from war-torn Africa, and more. It’s quite a moving piece.

This personal video diary was created by Tim Hetherington before his way too early death in Libya last year. He is one of the best war photographers (if not the best) of this generation and this video chronicles his time in Africa (among other things). A longer video (20 mins), but defintely worth viewing when you have the time…
