Many newborn babies test positive for marijuana, study finds

Researchers at the University of North Carolina have found that babies who wash with certain kinds of baby soap test positive for marijuana, according to urine tests. Note to self: smoke more baby oil. These are the brands that apparently give your baby the urine of Cheech and Chong:

– Johnson & Johnson’s Head-to-Toe Baby Wash
– J&J Bedtime Bath
– CVS Night-Time Baby Bath
– Aveeno Soothing Relief Creamy Wash
– Aveeno Wash Shampoo

The researchers say that the babies aren’t getting high, so to speak, but that an ingredient in the soaps allegedly mimics that found in THC. Nurses became suspicious after a high number of babies tested positive marijuana.
