2003 – it was the best of times, it was the worst of times. George W. Bush was in the White House and we had just started two wars. Yet all of these events were offset by the fact that “The OC” was on the air. For those of you too young to remember “The OC” you should stop reading this and immediately walk, no, run to your iTunes and purchase season 1, which may or may not be the best season of any television show, ever.

Mischa Barton was a star back then, too, yet fell off pretty hard in the mid 2000s after some highly publicized meltdowns. She was, in retrospect, the Ja Rule of acting: no matter what she did she could never get back into the limelight and instead just fell down harder and harder.

So now, 9 years later, she reappears in a Noel Gallagher video. Noel Gallagher himself is no stranger to becoming irrelevant, having not had a “hit” stateside since 1997′s abysmal “Be Here Now” album with Oasis.

Funnily enough Noel and Mischa teamed up and Mischa is now in Noel’s new video for “Everybody’s On The Run.” Enjoy!
