A Del Taco employee in Hemet, CA stabbed a drive through customer in the abdomen shortly before 2am last Friday morning when the customer complained about an order. The customer – who’s name was not released – was driven to the hospital by his friends in the car shortly after the incident and the Del Taco employee – 28 year old Gabriel Villalba – is currently being held on $250,000 bail for assault with a deadly weapon.

We’ve all had a hankering for food at 2am after a night out and I’d wager that not all of us have been subtle in our complaints to fast food employees after a few drinks, but that certainly doesn’t give anyone the right to stab someone. It may not be known until the case goes to trial what started the fight or who instigated what but – holy shit – how do you stab someone through a drive thru window? That takes serious skill. Maybe the attacker in the case should consider a career in Black Ops.
