That’s what happened to one lucky 15 year old boy in Oklahoma. The boy – unnamed – was on a trip to the 24 hour gym around midnight with his mother (ok, quick tangent, does anyone else think that’s pretty fucking weird? Going on a midnight work-out sesh with your mom? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?) when Betsy Ann Brashear lured him into a tanning booth and stripped to a tanning bra while making out with the youngster. Brashear was charged with lewd conduct with a minor under the age of 16.
While I understand the gravity of the situation, I have seen enough John Hughes directed teen movies from the 1980s to warrant this kid a high five. This sounds like the plot of a movie with a young Anthony Michael Hall.
The incident occured last Thursday, June 21, at Colaw Gym in Bartlesville, OK according to Oklahoma’s News On 6, who originally broke the story.
