The Presets are now streaming the techno track “Youth In Trouble”  off of their first album in four years, “Pacifica.” To accompany the single, the band has released the mind-meltingly psychedelic ”Youth In Trouble” music video by New York based visual artist Yoshi Sodeoka. The video’s aesthetic definitely complements the song’s sonic palette, which has an almost trance flavor to it. Kudos to Yoshi and The Presets for creating something vaguely political to go along with the lo-fi psychedelic visuals.

“Pacifica” is available for both digital and physical pre-orders. Grab it from iTunes / JB Hifi. If you order it through iTunes, you’ll get “Youth in Trouble” as an instant download. The album is also available as the “Limited Edition Pacifica Deluxe” package, including hardcover book and a heap of Presets swag over at Modular People.
