Sophia Knapp may make crystal clear indie pop on “Into the Waves,” but the look for her new video for “The Right Place” channels the foggy, Gothic looks of Sisters of Mercy and the Misfits. Intercut with footage of Knapp looking like an audience member at a Cocteau Twins show is some daytime shots of Knapp visiting a zoo, all shot on threadbare video tape.
