Today in “what are you still doing here?” news, Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine announced at a recent show in Singapore that he believes that:

a) Obama is here to take away our guns
b) that he is Kenyan
c) that the birth certificate was faked
d) that Obama orchestrated the “Fast and Furious” killings
e) that Obama orchestrated the Aurora movie theater killing spree
f) that Obama orchestrated the Sikh temple massacre
e) that he believes America is turning into “Nazi Germany”

The verbal assault on the President starts at 2:38…

And seeing as Mustaine knows so much about gun control, here’s 1993′s “Sweating Bullets” which Mustaine has gone on record describing the song as being predominantly about being a schizophrenic who ‘snaps’. He then adds: “Society’s a joke right now, and people are getting more and more hostile. When you think about having an evil twin or schizophrenia, I think a lot of us are schizo, because we live inside our heads. There’s someone we all confer with; it’s called our conscience. Some people cannot control their other side; it takes them over. Everybody has that psychotic side. Everyone has a thing that will make them snap.”

Which makes him sound like the gunman who shot up the Aurora theater. Nice one, dude. How about you just stick to playing the hits. Sorry. Hit.

Mustaine’s rant comes at an awkward time, when Obama himself has come out as a Metallica fan.
