
Recently, Sebastien Bouchet curated the seventh entry in the Séance series. The stage was outfitted in found objects by installation artist Max Frisinger, to create a truly odd, retro-futurist aesthetic.
Though Bouchet was playing Berlin, home of minimalist electronic music, his music here is anything but minimal. It’s a melange of sound. Perhaps this has something to do with Bouchet’s former work in psychedelic band Aqua Nebula Oscillator?
