Usually when we come across videos from Russia they’re terrifying, because people are risking their lives scaling buildings, using some kind of DIY machinery or drinking what appears to be lethal amounts of alcohol.
Not today. Today a Russian man in bike racing gear removes a tiny toy bike from his backpack and rides it adorably down the street.
