
You might not see any Gnarboards on the street just yet but maybe, just maybe, they’ll become as ubiquitous as rollerblades. One can only hope. The $2,900 motorized skateboard starts shipping later in the year with a $4,000 version more suited for off-roading and, well, racing Corvettes. Take a look at this:
As you can see, the skateboard beats the Corvette in almost every 75-ft drag race. This is due to the board’s four 850-watt motors which provide around a 13 mile range after a two hour charge. If you want to pick one up for yourself head on over to their Kickstarter page and donate.

That's stupid. You basically picked the furthest distance that a lightweight elctroboard could beat a Corvette. What are you trying to prove? I can jump higher from a standing start than a Corvette. Does that prove anything?
