Chuck Norris warns America against ever believing him again

Chuck Norris, who sounds like he’s talking his way through a particularly long yawn, rambles for two minutes and fifteen seconds about “like minded Americans” who are “at a tipping point” at “this point in history” in a video released over Labor Day weekend by the RNC.

Honestly, I can barely put another sentence together about the weird rhetoric the Republican party has offered up this time around. For this election they’ve gone almost entirely “show” and no “tell” – from having Eastwood talk instead of a politician who might actually help them, to making their VP choice almost as ballsy as Sarah Palin was in the 2008 election, the GOP has seemingly has no clue what they’re saying as long as it has *something* to do with getting the scary black guy out of office.

Norris warns of “1,000 years of darkness” if Obama is elected, which is a roundabout way of saying “I hate black people” but there you go, however way you want to slice it, dude is over-dramatic and wrong on every level.

It was Gena Norris who quoted Reagan, and not Chuck on that "1,000 years of darkness". Your interpretation that that phrase "is a roundabout way of saying 'I hate black people'" is not only taken out of the Reagan context, but absolutely ridiculous and absurd. Sadly, you report *news* just like a Liberal, devoid of accuracy. :-(

Surplus? I think that was only due to slashing the Defense Budget in order to create a paper surplus. Once Clinton was out, the Defense Budget was restored. That's not logic, that's party policy. Even Obama was committed to getting Osama! Presidents can only react (maybe sometimes prevent) wars, but certainly not govern them during their presidencies.

I don't understand: Christians will be raptures before the 1000 days of Darkness. Right? Don't you want the Rapture to happen? Then you should be voting for Obama who you are suggesting is the Evil One the False Prophet of God, and the one's who wears the sign 666. The Norris plea does not add up.

So I have to ask what else are they selling, Gold, Survival Equipment, Guns? It is not a love for mankind and the creation of God. They are promoting violence by their expectation of it and their preparation for it and their identifying people as being evil to conquered.

It would take much more time to evaluate why the Norris's hold onto a belief that Christians should conduct themselves this way. Has some one redefined Evangelical Christian to mean something other than a Christian that will teach Christianity? IF he'd like to be more specific about his thinking that may be interesting to rebuke item by item issue by issue. His fear mongering is most likely based on his own fear and fear is often based on ignorance. Unfortunately, some folks chose to be persistent in their ignorance. Fortunately this is not a majority of people.

One might consider the 'lessor' as a % gradient,,, 90% as evil?? If one does, using %'s, it helps understanding that either Party is utilising misenginerred policies.
And that there is always a purpose and originating central direction different participating groups to policy decisions…. come from.
This directioning, from 'evil sourses or not, is where peolpe must start their comprehension of what is available in choice of direction, from our elected officials.
The source of direction, as in the statement 'follow the money' which will always apply
in a capitolistic society, funds both our Fiat money and thus our politicians.
That source is the Primary Dealers to the Federal reserve… the Fiat disbursement point.

This leaves the obvious question, chciken or egg. Which came first, 'evil men', or a system that funds them.

The difference between my association with my neighbor, and Ryan's association with Romney, is as great as the difference between the surface of the earth and the surface of the sun. I mean, I guess they both appear to be round, so they must be the same? One bad analogy does not justify another. Romney's choice of VP is a 100% endorsement, and he can't say, "Well, he's got his opinions and I've got mine." By nominating Ryan, that's Romney saying, "This guy is the best person in the entire country to be my VP and help me fulfill my vision"

Joshua, that's precisely my point and why the "guilty by association" fallacy was/is an illogical argument made by Dustin up top. And not just that, but attributing those words to Romney (in Kem's post) is technically a lie. Also, no choice of any VP (Democrat, Republican, Communist, etc.) is ever *really* a 100% endorsement simply because no one can possiby know 100% about their choice for running mate.

Dustin – Again, where is the proof that "Romney" stated he is "against women's right to work"??? Your "guilt by association" fallacy doesn't work here and neither does your "red herring" fallacy with your liberal news article. Look, the real reason why women get paid less than men for the same work is because they *agree* to it. If she thinks she's worth more than what she's getting paid, then by all means, let her ask for/demand a raise! But that's not the same as being "against women's right to work"! :-)

I never said Romney TOOK A STANCE against, but he knew going into the primaries what Ryan's stance was, probably on all topics. Yet, instead of opting for a more respectable running mate (i'm not that biased, there are some respectable rep. candidates) he takes Ryan, the most extreme. So, it's the same as aiding and abetting. Also, this is 2012. She shouldn't have to ask for it. It's the same as me noticing you are a different race, and deciding you are not worthy of living in my country. Pretty unfair.

You keep failing logic here – be mad at yourself, not me. And, you should actually be happy Romney has chosen Ryan – it should assure you he will lose, right? I have an idea. Since you really feel that women should have equal pay, why don't *you* do something about it? Why don't you go in to work tomorrow, ask all the women how much they earn, declare *your* salary, and if you find any woman who has your same position in the company but with less pay give her some of *your* money. After all, it's *your* money, isn't it? :-)

If I had cloning powers, I'd mix in Santorum, Romney, Paul, and Perry into a *best-of-the-best* clone. In the end, Romney got the numbers to get it done. In office it will be hard for him to undo a lot of Obama's socialism, but he will try.
