Anyone who follows my music reviews here at Death and Taxes realizes that I very often veer from the indie rock blueprint, exploring various electronic music genres that might not have a pop component like, say, Cut Copy. It’s a philosophical position as much as an aesthetic one.

My love of science fiction (especially British New Wave and cyberpunk), technology, psychedelia, hacker culture, etc., swarm and converge. With that in mind, I bring you the trippy video for Dead Rose Music Company’s “Tonight (Ooft! Remix.” The psychedelic visuals pair well with the acid house melody and rhythm.
