Joseph Bruno, a man in Port New Richey, FL, diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis for the last 4 years, went on a first date with a woman he had met on singlesnet.com, a singles website. The woman he went on a date with (to a local pizza place) brought a trashbag full of clothes and her sixteen year old son. They then proceeded to sleep on the man’s couch in his living room for an entire week before she hit him over the head 20 times with a 2×4, stole his car, brought a friend of hers back to the house, tied him to a chair, proceeded to steal his gun collection, the contents of his safe, a collection of rare baseball cards, and his flat-screen television, all in Bruno’s own car. A 69 year old neighbor approached the trio stealing Bruno’s stuff and was promptly hit on the head with a hammer a number of times.

Billie Joe Curtis and her son were arrested the next day while their 26 year old friend was arrested a week later in Tampa.
