It’s been just shy of 20 years since the wonderful art of kung fu movies helped birth the Wu-Tang Clan. Now on November 2, RZA will make his debut as a director himself, on “The Man With Iron Fists,” implausibly but actually starring Russell Crowe and Lucy Liu, and produced by Quentin Tarrantino.
As if all of this weren’t already enough to qualify “The Man With The Iron Fists” as the greatest thing to happen in 2012 (next to the governor of Florida giving out a phone sex number instead of a meningitis outbreak hotline), today we get a new Wu-Tang Clan contribution to the soundtrack, called “Six Directions of Boxing.”
Listen below. For lots of info on a special collectors edition including a signed copy from RZA himself, visit here.
