Sometimes Michelle Williams does cool things, like appearing in Charlie Kaufman’s bizarre opus “Synecdoche, New York,” or killing it in “Blue Valentine,” or dating Jason Segel. Today she pops up in a new video for Wild Nothing, for the track “Paradise” off the band’s excellent new record “Nocturne.”

The video itself is pretty cinematic, an ode to longing that visually looks a little like Wong Kar Wai’s “Chunking Express.” Check it out below.
