At Death and Taxes, we’ve taken note of the HAARP conspiracy theories before. HAARP, or High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, based in Alaska, has been blamed for Arkansas’ dead birds in 2011 as well as for the earthquake in Haiti (by Hugo Chavez no less). Researchers at HAARP conduct experimental research into the ionosphere for high atmospheric technological applications including missile detection, radio transmission, etc. The research is naturally great fodder for the conspiracy theorist. And now the right-wing conspiracy theorists, most notably at Alex Jones’ InfoWars, are suggesting that President Obama used HAARP to create Hurricane Sandy, thus insuring a 2012 election victory.
At last, Obama can now establish his eternal socialist Muslim empire and conjure the Antichrist from the pits of hell!
It’s a great conspiracy theory, playing right into the collective science fictional imaginations of Americans who believe the government has the technological capacity for everything from time travel to astral projection. Such ideas are great for entertainment, but have little credibility outside of the national and international tin foil cap communities.
This HAARP/Hurricane Sandy/2012 Election conspiracy theory might be one of the grandest ever imagined. It’s truly breathtaking in scope and grandeur.
To think that Obama could commandeer HAARP in such a way is one thing, but to then postulate that he could and would use its imaginary powers to such an evil genius extent could only have been hatched by the fringe-dwelling conservatives who idolize Alex Jones.

If the research conducted by HaarpStatus.com is correct, the government (or factions within) are manipulating the ionosphere and driving Sandy into the East Coast to create chaos and Katrina-like post storm conditions that will have significant political ramifications during the November 6th election.
TheIntelHub cites the very same website, writing: “The readings, in and around the New England area, are literally off the charts and lend credence to other claims that Hurricane Sandy is possibly being engineered to cause massive destruction.”

Computer models designed to predict atmospheric phenomena, based on past and present exhibited conditions, and don't always go quite as prescribed, esp. for longer range forecasts. This is due to a plethora of data points and probabilities to be accounted for, especially in predicting as precise and relatively unprecedented a set of behaviors such as Sandy.
A meteorologist out of New York, who has been doing the job for over three decades, said he has never seen a storm behave quite like this, and he includes Irene and Agnes in the conversation. He thought it rather eery how everything went exactly to the computer models, in spite of the unusual forecasts. His many years of experience told him the sudden right hook that occurred when the storm was way South of Cuba, and then how it came so far North and, instead of being moved out to sea, it was sucked in by another mega low pressure cell and a strangely configured jet stream coming in from the Midwest.
However, to really get a sense of what's going on, visit the Nex Rad web sites and observe closely when they kick up the weather out of the Midwest.
So, just how do we know when "some people" are up to no good? Finally first discovered last year, because of a patient, dedicated and perseverant community, were observed occurrences of a giant flash circle in a radar sweep, named a HAARP ring because HAARP is the only array with the capabilities of creating Tesla's powerful atmospheric RF frequency injection, which creates certain atmospheric phenomena and HAARP is the only viable answer and the only device known to those of us without classified access. (Side note: Did you know there were over 16MM documents marked "classified" by the U.S. govt. last year?)
The tell-tale signs are sudden, circular and intense radar signatures, which are frequency injections into the Earth's magnetosphere and above…these are obvious and are easily documented. Granted, there are areas of speculation, however, it has been repeatedly recorded that, for sure, there is an atmospheric effect. These flashes indicate the frequency injection is into the high RF band because that's what excites water molecules and increases temperature/humidity, kind of similar to a cup of water warming in a microwave oven.
Accuweather and intellicast both show these phenomenon.
Intellicast is set up in such a way that it deletes out information related to any RF flash occurrences. However,they can't hide the parts of the flashes occuring within large cloud systems, and that's where they get caught with the smoking gun, as well.
Intelliweather's radar is in 3D imagery and you can see all the various background scatter readings… When a HAARP Ring flash occurs, you will invariably see a heat increase and a humidity buildup, and all in a symmetrical pattern. Clearly this bespeaks of something man-made and is a result of a huge amount of RF energy bursted into a given weather system.
In sum, when the evildoers and their minions at HAARP (or wherever else) project RF energy into the upper atmosphere, there is an effect on nearby weather within a 24 to 72 hr. window. For those who want to dismiss the HAARP theory out of hand, just remember it's been around since the '70s and that's when the international treaties were created to ban weather modification assaults between nations. Don't believe the govt. has given themselves the "right" to test chemicals and weaponize the weather? As just one example, take a look at 2001 legislation, (HR-2977) where "chemtrails" are defined as an "exotic weapon."
This is all verified and admitted, and I could cite other examples. Anyone who claims otherwise, in my mind, falls into one of three categories:
1.) a student not wanting to rock the boat with designs of tenure someday,
2.) one who is willfully ignorant, or
3.) COINTELPRO.
The third possibility is the most dastardly and the first isn't far behind, because it is like selling out one's own mother for a salary (I've seen it many times while faculty in academe)… The second isn't quite as bad but is still dangerous if there are enough of them, because they become as Vladimir Lenin's "useful idiots," an ignorant sheeple tool used for propaganda and suppression of others' open and thoughtful expression, as well as personal liberties.
