The San Francisco Police department are on the lookout for a sartorially chill criminal who made off with a rare 1965 Picasso pencil drawing – valued at around $200,000 – simply by grabbing off of the wall of the Weinstein Gallery and hailing a cab. Fortunately, a bar two doors down had their security cameras on, exposing the criminal as none other than Mark Lugo of Hoboken, NJ – a criminal who seems to fancy himself somewhat of a gentleman burglar. He had previously been arrested for stealing $6,000 of wine.
This is not the first time Lugo has tried to steal the Picasso. He was arrested last year trying to steal the very same pencil drawing from the very same gallery.

Damn… Not a good year for Picasso's art.
