I couldn’t think of a better way to blow off a slow news day (or Election Day, for that matter) than the first episode of Jeff Garlin’s new podcast, which launched this morning. His first guest: Larry David.
Lots of Yiddishkeit in this episode, particularly during the audience Q&A. Case in point: Larry, What’s your favorite bagel?
“I do not mind that question in the least,” LD tells an audience member. “There was a moment in time — and I was shocked that I actually liked it — but the everything bagel was doing it. It came and went. Now, I guess I’m going with sesame … I will rotate poppy and sesame.”
