Next week’s major label release of “LongLiveASAP” has been written down in our calendar books for months now. ASAP takes the best of modern hip-hop and puts his own spin on it.
Today ASAP Rocky throws us for a loop with the release of “I Come Apart,” featuring none other then Florence Welch. The song is a departure from the style we are used to from the Harlem rapper. It involves much more singing (even by ASAP himself) and is much more melodic then we’ve come to expect from him. The song seems to address past lovers. Florence Welch is amazing as always in the chorus and any fan of hers will be pleased by this output.
