Yep, Facebook has announced that they’ll soon be auto-playing commercials (!), giving the social network’s 1 billion users one huge chance to jump ship to another service that doesn’t rape the eyes and ears of its users over and over again like an ungrateful and spoiled man-child.
The ads are expected to arrive in April, and will be 15 seconds long as opposed to the standard 30 seconds. And, no, you won’t get a say in this unless you delete your Facebook. So start looking around now for somewhere else to meet your friends.
