Listen to Hospitality’s moody new track, ‘Rockets and Jets’

In Music by Joe Veix / January 8, 2014

Brooklyn’s Hospitality are finally returning with a new record, following their perfect self-titled debut in 2012.. Their new album, “Trouble,” will be released on January 28th on Merge.

In the new single “Rockets and Jets,” they sound a bit moodier, employing synths and reverb-soaked vocals. The band otherwise continues to stick to the formula that’s worked for them so far—writing intricate pop gems that veer into delightfully unexpected and often noisy instrumental breaks.
