Put Shat on That! New A&E Talk Show Reveals Captain Kirk’s Interrogation Skills
By Chelsea Fisher Friday, July 30, 2010
The Priceline Negotiator can not only get you a good deal on your hotel stay, he can also get notorious criminals to release previously unknown information.
In his new show called “Aftermath” on A&E, William Shatner does follow-up interviews with people who made headlines a couple of years earlier. In his most recent interview, The Shat interviewed one of the infamous D.C. snipers, Lee Boyd Malvo, from jail.
The inmate confessed to Shatner that he and the other convicted gunman, John Muhammad, had co-conspirators, and were even involved in other shootings.
“There were supposed to be three to four snipers with silenced weapons,” he told William Shatner in a phone interview from prison.
It’s truly remarkable that Boyd would choose Shatner as his confessor and his talk show as an arena for a confession that could potentially extend his sentence. The Shat will continues to go where no man has gone before. He could potentially turn the world upside down with his interviewing antics.
In an interview with the “New York Times” Shatner said “Whatever the reason is, and I really don’t know why, these people have opened up to me in a way that they haven’t opened up to anybody.” Apparently one of his guests likened the interview to a psychiatric session.
Maybe Cpatain Kirk is the skeleton key to America’s most talked about crimes. We here at Death+Taxes are wondering what would happen if William Fucking Shatner interviewed…
1. The Gotti Family – (not the ones on tv with the hair, the ones who are actually in the know.) We could all figure out exactly what stain remover John used to get blood out of all his nice suits. Think about the waterfall of confessions this family could give.
2. OJ Simpson- Everyone knows, but no one really knows. You know?
3. John Bennett – Detectives have tried to get something out of this family for years, and still no one knows who killed JonBenet Ramsey! John Bennett’s wife died in 2006 of cancer, his other daughter died at 22 in a car accident, and he is now dating Beth Holloway Twitty, the mother of Natalee Holloway, an Alabama teen who disappeared on a 2005 high school graduation trip to Aruba. Wouldn’t it be great if A&E Shat on that?
4. Bernie Madoff - Exactly how much did you take, you old fuck, and who’d ya hide it with?
5. TuPac - He was still releasing new hits until about five years ago, which was about ten years after he died. I bet Captain Kirk can find out where Shakur is actually hiding.
