This past saturday Kanye West had one of the best performances in modern “Saturday Night Live” history, and this morning he went to twitter to give people the news they’ve been waiting for, he finally re-named his new album.
That album is titled “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” and will contain the opening track “Dark Twisted Fantasy” produced by RZA. The album release was moved back a week to November 22, just in time for the holidays.
The speculative title for the album was “Good Ass Job,” but Kanye posted on twitter today saying, “The official album title is and always was ……..MY BEAUTIFUL DARK TWISTED FANTASY.”
If you missed “Saturday Night Live” this saturday you missed another stunning performance from Yeezy. He performed two songs, the first single “Power” followed by “Runaway.”
It might not be a hard thing to accomplish, but his performance was one of the most memorable SNL moments of the past 10 years. Kanye was donned in gold chains, a gold crown, and a bright red suit. He was surrounded by ballet dancers dressed in all-white and the stage was a blinding bright white, creating a stunning visual unusual to SNL music guests.
Kanye once again proved that he is not only the most influential rapper of the past 10 years, he also knows how to put on a damn good show.
