Jason Boesel, former drummer for Rilo Kiley and current Conor Oberst collaborator, has a solo record coming out next Tuesday. It’s called Hustler’s Son. You can pre-order it here. The album features contributions from Mystic Valley Band member Nik Freitas, Blake Mills (currently with Julian Casablancas),  producer Jonathan Wilson (Elvis Costello Momofuku and Jenny Lewis Acid Tongue), Benmont Tench (Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers), Orenda Fink (O + S, Azure Ray), David Rawlings (Gillian Welch, Old Crow Medicine Show), Taylor Goldsmith (Dawes), and fellow Rilo Kiley member Blake Sennett.
