Cue the canned heat: Jesse “The Body” Ventura is threatening to leg drop the T “The Body Scanner” SA for violating his right to unreasonable searches and seizures.
Jesse Ventura received a hip-replacement surgery in 2008 which scored him a titanium implant that activates airport metal detectors. By replacing the non-invasive hand-held metal detectors, with controversial open-hand smack downs, Ventura claims they’re “exposing him to humiliation and degradation through unwanted touching, gripping and rubbing of the intimate areas of his body.” And that’s not just any body. It’s “The Body.”
I wonder how long it would take to strangle a TSA agent with a bright yellow boa. Maybe we’re going to find out.
The lawsuit names Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and TSA Administrator John Pistole as defendants, and argues that these frequent public rubs are “unwarranted and unreasonable intrusions on Governor Ventura’s personal privacy and dignity and are a justifiable cause for him to be concerned for his personal health and well-being.”
We hope Jesse Ventura stretches the TSA into submission on this one.
