London-based electronic duo Goldfrapp will make their Hollwood Bowl on June 27, following the release of their new album Head First on March 23 through Mute. “Rocket” is the first single to be taken from the album and will be released March 9th.
As part of KCRW’s World Festival series, the band will play the Hollywood Bowl along with the Orquestra Buena Vista Social Club featuring Omara Portuondo, who will be apparently performing “nostalgic torch songs” and “salsa rhythms”. Tickets are available here.
