Dan Beockner and wife Alexei Perry ready synth album.

Now that Wolf Parade are about to be no more, (or go on “indefinite hiatus”—whatever you want to call it) Dan Beockner is readying his first post-Wolf Parade release.

The Handsome Furs (which consist solely of Beockner and wife Alexei Perry) will release their third album, “Sound Kapital,” on June 28 via Sub Pop.

According to the band this will be their first album recorded entirely on keyboards, which can be heard on first single “What About Us?”. The New Order-like track is quite the synth-out. Get the MP3 and track list below:
