In the United States we do trick-shots with various types of sporting equipment. In Russia they do things a little differently.
Ever since the glorious procrastinating days of eBaum’s World, trick-shot videos have been an essential part of killing time on the web. We can relate to shooting wet paper towels or crumpled paper into garbage cans from across the room, or playing H-O-R-S-E on a Nerf hoop in our dorms.
So when we stumble upon a video of a kid shooting a basketball from stadium nosebleed section and bored college kids ricocheting ping-pong balls off of ten walls and into two ounces of Natty Light, we watch it and think “we could do that.”
We know it probably takes 35 attempts to complete each near-impossible shot, nevertheless when it’s edited together, via very basic knowledge of Final Cut Pro, it transforms into something utterly mesmerizing.
Well, it seems these Russian bros have finally put the shot back in trick-shot. (Worst pun of the year award.)
Like any other trick-shot compilation video it seems our heroes found themselves very bored. But the Russians appear to be doing this during their lunch break. Doing what you ask?
Tossing shots of vodka into each others’ mouths, from across rooms, up staircases, and of course between two moving automobiles.
Please don’t attempt this at home, but if you do, please videotape it.
