When iconoclastic comedy duo Tim and Eric blew into town last Saturday on the New York leg of their tour, they redefined what “holiday cheer” typically brings to mind.

Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim are taking “Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!,” their Adult Swim program of surreal public-access absurdity, on tour under the banner of “Chrimbus Spectacular 2010.”

Great Job! Adult Swim has managed to score Academy Award nominated John C. Reilly full-time. Well, as much as 10 minute comedy program can dictate full time. The skilled contributor to the acid heavy “Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!” will finally get his own spin-off, “Check it Out with Dr. Steve Brule”.
