Edgar Valdez Villarreal, the tall, blond, blue-eyed drug lord nicknamed “The Barbie” was apprehended today. His crimes, aside from smuggling tons (literally) of cocaine into the US, thereby making the line for the girl’s room at bars intolerably long, include a gruesome list of murders by decapatation and hanging.
