‘The Hobbit’ movie set is now a home for sheep

The set was built on Alexander Farm in Matamata, New Zealand in 1999 for the “Lord Of The Rings” movies and was rebuilt (and presumably last used) for the upcoming film adaptation of “The Hobbit.” It’s now a tourist attraction and entirely overrun by the sheep that inhabit the working farm.
