This is what happens when Jay-Z decides to take the NYC subway

Jay-Z is somewhat of our generation’s Frank Sinatra: a massive superstar in his own right and also a pretty damn savvy businessman. A minority owner of the new Brooklyn Nets basketball team, he played a sold-out week of shows at the new Barclays Center stadium built in his old stomping grounds of Atlantic Avenue. On the last day of the shows, he took the subway (specifically, the R train) from his place in Tribeca to Atlantic Terminal (my stop too, dude!). As you are about to see, chaos ensues.

This is what happens when the world’s biggest rapper takes the subway.
