Jimmy Kimmel and J.J. Abrams crowd-source ideas for ‘Star Wars: Episode VII’

On Wednesday night’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” our gracious host had director J.J. Abrams as a guest to promote this weekend’s release of “Star Trek into Darkness.” Although, given the New York Times’s unflattering review of the sequel, perhaps this explains why “JKL” steered Abrams directly into a line of questioning about his upcoming “Star Wars: Episode VII” project.

And, since Abrams and his Bad Robot crew are in the early developmental stages of the SW sequel, Kimmel and his fan boy audience took this as an opportunity to spit-ball the director with ideas he may not have otherwise considered for the galaxy far, far away.

No spoilers. Just watch.
