Of course ‘The Silence of the Lambs’ wine collection has a nice Chianti

Known for its drink-n-watch thematic movie nights, Austin’s Alamo Drafthouse theater felt inspired by Jonathan Demme’s 1991 masterpiece “The Silence of the Lambs” to churn out two varietals for your sipping pleasure.

In congruence with their nationwide four-course meals now being served with screenings of the serial-killer thriller, northern California’s Mondo Cellars Winery has whipped up a “Suit Yourself Pinot Grigio” and “Cannibal Chianti” to accompany said delectables. If you’re nowhere near a Drafthouse for one of the screenings, wines are available to order online here.

Drink up. Sleep tight.
