Taco Bell employee describes truck’s crash: ‘Boom!’
On Wednesday night in College Park, Georgia, police responded to a call from Taco Bell after a van popped a curb and rammed backwards into the fast food restaurant. One TB employee describes the incident with motor-mouth speed: “Boom! We just heard a big thud and we thought it was someone trying to break into the building … It, like, shattered the whole building. Like, thunder or whatever.”
Employees were inside the location at the time of the crash, but the store had closed five minutes prior. No injuries were reported at the scene, and the restaurant is temporarily closed until engineers can sign off on the building’s stability. The driver is currently not facing charges.
