Whale crushes tourist
A whale-watching tourist in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico was killed this week, when a gray whale breached and crushed her ship.
The 35-year-old Canadian woman, whose identity has not been released, was about a mile from the shore when the whale struck, knocking off the boat. Members from the Mexican navy rescued her from the water and took her to the hospital, where she died from her injuries. Two other people on board were injured, and are in stable condition.
Last month, a whale-watching woman was slapped by a whale, in yet another reminder from nature that you should hide in your home, where it’s safe, and never leave.
