Harvard Law: The Mooch is ‘dead’

While the world laughed at hedge fund dude Anthony Scaramucci for taking less than two weeks to lose the White House communications director job his wife left him for accepting in the first place, The Mooch’s alma mater joined the beatdown. The new edition of the Harvard Law School alumni directory released this week lists Scaramucci as “dead.”

“Regrettably, there is an error in the Harvard Law School alumni directory in the listing for Anthony Scaramucci,” a Harvard spokeswoman told the Washington Post. “We offer our sincere apologies to Mr. Scaramucci. The error will be corrected in subsequent editions.”

Okay, yes, maybe this was an honest mistake. In that case, it’s just proof that The Mooch’s termination was destiny, part of a multi-flank effort by the universe to own the shit out of Trump’s greasiest crony. If the asterisk next to Scaramucci’s name was a deliberate burn, though, we’d like to buy that copywriting intern a drink or three.

Scaramucci, who graduated from Harvard Law in 1989, did not respond to WaPo’s request for comment on whether or not he is dead.
