Sarah Huckabee Sanders calls Hillary’s book a ‘sad end’ to her public life
During Tuesday’s daily press briefing, Yahoo News’ White House correspondent Hunter Walker asked Sarah Huckabee Sanders if the president planned on reading Hillary Clinton’s book detailing how she biffed an election that should have been a layup. The premise that President Trump is going to sit down and read an actual book when there’s so much “Fox & Friends” to watch is hilarious on its own, but Sanders gives an earnest answer as if her boss is a literate man with an adult’s attention span.
“Whether or not he is going to read Hillary Clinton’s book, I’m not sure,” Sanders said. “But I would think that he’s well-versed on what happened.”
Is he, though? There’s a case to be made for the 71-year-old experiencing a significant mental decline. Perhaps reading “What Happened” will jog Trump’s memory.

When asked what Trump would think of the book excerpts that are already public, Sanders took the opportunity to rub salt in Clinton’s wounds by remarking that its “sad” that “the last chapter of [Clinton’s] public life will now be defined by propping up book sales with false and reckless attacks.”
I don’t know, is it any less sad to spend day in and day out voluntarily for a racist, wildly unqualified, and comically corrupt Fox News junkie with a 70-word vocabulary who defended neo-Nazis?
